Their customer service is outstanding; everyone I’ve worked with has been friendly and the staff/mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable. It’s a great location and I’ve utilized their transportation service to and from the shop on the east side and downtown. They also have a comfortable environment if you choose to wait for your vehicle.

My fiance and I first started using Riverside’s services around 2007 when we were college students. Since using their services, we have experienced kind staff who have been willing to learn American Sign Language in order to communicate with me on a personal level as well as speedy turnaround time with fixing our vehicles ( a 1995 Honda accord, 2001 Grand Prix). They have fair pricing and take the time to help explain your car’s issue in layman’s terms. After moving out of Milwaukee, we began to use another repair service and have REGRETTED IT as they have taken advantage of our inexperience with cars. We have since returned to Riverside Auto (driving an hour away) for our car’s monthly/yearly check-ups. Thank-you Riverside staff!
